2. Market & price risk

3. Liquidity risk
Pre-listing, $OBS is illiquid: there is no public market, no guarantee of a future listing on any exchange, and no obligation on our part to provide a buy-back. Even after listing, market depth may be thin and large orders may move the price significantly.
4. Smart-contract & technical risk
